Privacy Policy — Color Sort

You don't sign in. We don't know who you are. Your game progress stays on your phone. We collect anonymous usage and crash data so we can see which levels people enjoy and fix the app when it breaks. That's all.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data. The app has no accounts and no sign-in, so there is nothing to link any data to you personally.

We do not sell data to anyone. We do not show ads.

Your level progress, stars, daily-puzzle results, streak and settings are stored only on your phone. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the app deletes them permanently, and we cannot recover them.

We use two Google services inside the app:

Firebase Analytics — records anonymous events about how the game is played: when a level starts, finishes or is abandoned, how many moves it took, when the daily puzzle is completed. It also collects device identifiers, including your device's advertising ID, plus general device information such as model, operating system version and language.

Firebase Crashlytics — if the app crashes, it sends a technical report containing the error, a stack trace, and device information, so we can find and fix the fault.

We use this only to understand how the game is played and to keep it working. We do not use it to advertise to you.

All of it is encrypted in transit.

Firebase Analytics collects your device's advertising ID by default. We do not use it to show or target ads, because the app has no ads.

You can reset it or opt out of personalised advertising at any time, in Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads. The game keeps working normally either way.

If you turn on the daily reminder, the notification is scheduled by your own device. Nothing is sent from a server, we receive no notification tokens, and we cannot see whether you opened it. You can switch the reminder off inside the game at any time, or turn off notifications for the app in Android settings.

The share button opens your phone's own share menu with an image and a link. What happens next is between you and whichever app you choose. We do not receive a copy and do not know what you shared or with whom.

Color Sort is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Because the app has no accounts, we have no way to identify which data came from you, which means we cannot look it up or delete it on request.

You can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the app. That also removes everything stored on your device.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
